Things to think about..

 I hear it everyday, HOW MUCH...FOR BALLOONS?? Here it is in a nutshell. I provide an actual service, when you hire us you are hiring a company with 25 yrs experience,  we evoke emotion, anticipation, skill, knowledge execution and an A+ with the BBB we are providing an actual experience in the magic that only balloons can provide. Melissa is Fayetteville's only (CBA Certified in Balloon Artistry.) We do not merely drop off balloons, we provide excellent customer service, as well as reasonable prices and even my cheery disposition for no extra charge.

• We offer Deposits to reserve your special date, guaranteeing we WILL be there, on time , and ready to transform you spaces from ordinary to extraordinary.
• We offer Lay-Away Payments.    By allowing easy payment plans, is there really a need to go elsewhere? (if your Childs party isn't till November you can lock your date in and take advantage of easy payments picked by you AND you would have till Nov to pay off.
• Helium is dangerous! Its not that its explosive or any weirdness like that, but those "Helium shots" that we have all done, well.. they can kill you!   Breathing in pure helium deprives the body of oxygen, as if you were holding your breath. If you couldn't breathe at all, you'd start to die in minutes—as soon as your body exhausted the supply of oxygen stored in the blood. 
• Mylar aka Foils  Mylar Balloons are the big foil balloons, they come in letters, shapes, numbers and any one of a million themes, most commonly seen in Balloon Releases. Speaking of which, these balloons are made of a metallic foil as such it DOES conduct static electricity thus once it comes into contact with things like powerlines it will cause a black out. Foil Balloons are also non biodegradable so when you let that balloon go when it gets stuck (wherever) Its there till someone has  physically had it removed. Latex Balloons are perfect, we use only biodegradable balloons for the best quality balloons available in the ballooning industry we even use biodegradable ribbons and coordinating weights if needed.

I can NOT express how important this is!!

Think about it... This is your wedding day, babies 1st birthday, 50th birthday, grand opening, graduation, whatever it is it is a ONCE in a lifetime event. There are no do-overs just because the balloons looked awful in every single photo you took commemorating that day.   PLEASE do your due diligence, when checking out a company.

• How much experience do you have with this type of event?

Is this your Full-Time job or just a weekend warrior

• ask for current photos of THEIR work, check reviews, hell check google listings.
• Remember, regardless of who you choose, don't cut corners to save 100.00 it will bite you in the end. Wasted time, driving all over the world trying to find what you need oh and lets not forget the best part, YOU have been nominated to go pick up all those balloons in your little Prius.
• Last but not least, unfortunately due to the popularity of balloons, social media everyone now thinks its okay to charge our prices or even higher with nowhere near the experience don't fall victim to the whole "I can do what they do for less, our prices reflect the complexity of the design itself.

Can I get balloons in any color?

Yes! You can pick your own or a combination of colors. There is a 2 Dozen minimum on all latex balloons

Can I choose a delivery time for my order?

Deliveries are available for either morning or afternoon (however we will try if you give us a specific time)

What is your substitution policy?

Most items on our website are in stock and available. The website is updated constantly to ensure accuracy. Balloons sometimes become unavailable and should this happen we will make appropriate substitutions with a balloon of equal size, value, and similar design. If a major issue should arise ”i.e. an entire bouquet is out of stock” the purchaser will be contacted and notified of such an issue and approval will be needed to make a change. 

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes. Delivery charges are based on zip code and are calculated during the checkout process.

Can my balloons be personalized?

Yes! All of our arrangements can be customized to fit any event. We have awesome selections and all types of letters, numbers and even singing balloons! Occasion specific bouquets are also available

Are your balloons on ribbons?

Every balloon we sell comes inflated and attached to a 6 foot piece of color coordinated ribbon. Longer ribbons are available upon request, additional charges may apply.

Can I have my balloons delivered a day before my event?

Yes! Most of our balloons last multiple days. All latex balloons will be treated with HI Float if the option is toggled off during purchase. This ensures latex balloons last multiple days!

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. There is a 3.5% procesing fee associated with all transactions including refunds.

Can you deliver to hospitals?

No. Due to Covid restrictions at the moment we are NOT delivering to healthcare facilities.

What is Hi-Float?

Hi-Float is a liquid sealant used to coat the interior surface of latex balloons and reduces the speed at which helium escapes through the latex skin. It can increase the float time by several days. Hi-Float is non-toxic and water soluble. 

How long will balloons float?

12" latex balloons will float for 15-20 hours or 3-5 days when treated with Hi-Float. Mylar balloons will float for up to one week.
