Up Up and Away Balloons really came through for me, to help me celebrate a milestone birthday for a colleague. I called and left a message (before opening hours) and my call was returned promptly, for next-day delivery. Melissa was creative and helped me with details to capture my colleague. Don’t waste time trying to DIY and source from all around. I will definitely plan on Up Up and Away for other celebrations. Thanks so much for a job well done!

· Miss Melissa and her husband are the nicest, most professional people!! I was cutting it a little close by calling near their closing time, but you would’ve never known by how they responded.
